Dina Matta
Dina Matta leads the Global Transformation Office at ING reporting into the ING Management Board. The Global Transformation Office, together with all the country and function transformation teams, are responsible for the change portfolio across the bank supporting ING’s ambition to be a data driven digital leader. The transformation office is also responsible for the ING One Agile Way of Working, Global Process Management & Robotics, Sourcing and Change Execution of critical cross border COO and regulatory programmes.
Dina holds a Double Honors Degree (BSc/BA Hons) in Mechanical & Production Engineering and Business Studies & Economics and has extensive experience working with executive boards of large organisations in the Telecoms, Financial Services and Manufacturing industries addressing significant challenges resulting from changing customer requirements, technological innovation, (de-)regulation and globalization.
Prior to joining ING, Dina held various senior management positions, including Chief Transformation Officer for BT Plc, Co Head of Strategy and Acquisitions for UBS AG, Head of Change and Integration for HSBC, Senior Consultant with and PE International.
Dina also founded and worked with a number of technology startups both in Europe and the US.
