Martin Reeves
Martin Reeves is a senior partner in BCG’s San Francisco office and chairman of the BCG Henderson Institute, BCG’s think tank for new ideas in strategy and management. His research themes include creativity and strategy, rejuvenating mature companies, measuring and managing vitality (the capacity for future growth), ambidexterity (running and reinventing at the same time) and strategies of resilience.
